My philosophy of leadership “is the embodiment of the societal will”. If the mind carrying the will of the society is wrong that becomes the reflection and reality of that society.

In reality no man absolutely have total lordship of his life in isolation, we are all product of our environment and in extension our world. Our environment is shaped by our mind, and our mind is directed by our will. The power of a leader cannot be over emphasized. My philosophy of leadership “is the embodiment of the societal will”. If the mind carrying the will of the society is wrong that becomes the reflection and reality of that society. Nigeria has gone through THICK AND THIN with diverse faces and I think the result from this faces is only a reflection of the leadership we have permitted consciously or unconsciously to feed on our will. The market window for the most qualified mind (person) for the 2019 presidential election is open, but is like the number pressing through is more than can be accommodated here are some of them. Please what do you think? share your view Nigeria must progress, don’t keep quiet.
