DEAR PRESIDENT BUHARI,

Congratulations on your stolen Mandate at the just concluded Nigeria Presidential election. You did not win an election. You won by selection but lost integrity. The mandate of Nigerians were stolen by INEC under your directions.
You may recall that during your previous campaign against former President, Dr Goodluck Ebele Johnathan, Innocent lives were never lost as seen on the just concluded Presidential Elections, where hundreds were reported killed. Even the security operatives that were meant to secure lives became catalyst to human lives destruction especially in the purported opposition regions. What a shambolic electoral outing! Nigeria Citizens lives seems so worthless under your administration.
It is imperative for you to know that during the 23rd of February, 2019 Presidential Elections not only were lives lost, the opposition were harassed, tortured, and so many were denied their franchise. This is nowhere near the democracy and freedom citizens of Nigeria seek for in this era of modern democracy. This is simply why IPOB supporters are calling for referendum as they seek an independent sovereign Nation.
I further congratulate you for an unfair election, If God continues to spare my life, I will torment you every step of the way as a voice of the suffering masses. A big Congratulations for revealing your true nature. There is now no difference between you and the politicians you look down on with disdain, but pretend to be a saint.
The election, which initially suffered a postponement due to logistic problems, was rejected by the PDP because of alleged widespread irregularities and malpractice. Atiku Abubakar in a statement personally signed recently in Abuja, said that it was clear that there were premeditated malpractices in many states which negates the results announced. With that the PDP had also refused to sign the election result. According to him, one obvious red flag in the election was the statistical impossibility of states ravaged by the war on terror generating much higher voter turnouts than peaceful states. “The suppressed votes in my strongholds are so apparent and amateurish, that I am ashamed as a Nigerian that such could be allowed to happen. How can total votes in Akwa-Ibom, for instance, be 50 per cent less than what they were in 2015? Another glaring anomaly is the disruption of voting in strongholds of the PDP in Lagos, Akwa-Ibom, Rivers and diverse other states, with the authorities doing little or nothing and in some cases facilitating these unfortunate situations.” Abubakar said that the militarsation of the electoral process was a disservice to Nigeria’s democracy and a throwback to the jackboot era of military dictatorship. He said that in some areas of the country, such as, Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Imo states, troops deployed for the elections turned their guns on the citizens they were meant to protect, saying this is condemnable and should not be associated with our electoral process in the future. “I am a democrat and there are democratic avenues available to present the truth to the nation and the watching world. Already, many international observers have given their verdicts, which corroborate our observations. If I had lost in a free and fair election, I would have called the victor within seconds of my being aware of his victory to offer not just my congratulations, but my services to help unite Nigeria by being a bridge between the North and the South However, in my democratic struggles for the past three decades, I have never seen our democracy so debased as it was on Saturday, Feb. 23 of this year. Year 2007 was a challenge, but President Yar’Adua was remorseful. In 2019, it is sad to see those who trampled on democracy thumping their noses down on the Nigerian people. Consequently, I hereby reject the result of the Feb. 23, 2019 sham election and will be challenging it in court.”
Sir, with due respect, how are you better than late Alhaji shehu Shagari whom you overthrew as president in 1983.You rigged the 2019 Presidential Election more than him and your administration has proven to be more corrupt. Armed Security agents go all out against innocent Nigerians that speak out against your oppression and you cause them to live in fear. Further, to those APC leaders now celebrating today, I see Nigeria facing even more severe hard times.
Your Excellency, your government is now a magnet of extreme poverty and hold a very high disregard to international laws and Human rights. I will also bring to your attention a Current filling and decision of Honourable Justice A.I Chinese dated 1/March/2019 in the Federal High Court of Nigeria in Abuja. Suit/File No: FHC/ABJ/CS/85/2018
In Summary the Judge ruled against the following:
1) Arrest of Individuals in Abuja since Jan 2018 by armed security agents not the Nigerian Police force. There was no warrant for their arrest which makes detention unlawful and unconditional as it violates people’s rights.
2) These individual were held in an underground detention centre at the defence intelligence Agency headquarters in Abuja, which again is illegal and violates individuals’ rights to dignity and personal liberty.
3) Detention of this individuals since Jan 7, 2018 without access to their lawyers and family members is illegal and unconstitutional as this violates the fundamental rights of Individuals to a fair hearing.
4) Arrest by this armed security agents is illegal and also violates their fundamental Rights to freedom.
I would like to reassure you that IPOB support will not retreat nor surrender till our cry for referendum is acknowledged and seeking complete sovereignty for Biafra Land.
