An attempt by a fishing boat with 5 rescuers proved disastrous because it sank. One of the rescuers reached the shore, 4 understood to board VIETSHIP 01 wreck, joining 8 crew. At the moment Helicopters and rescue boats can’t be deployed yet, because of strong wind and waves.
