As a new acting national chairman of PDP emerges the signal seems clear that Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike is winning the cold war between him and the National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus

Wike is working hard to ensure that Secondus doesn’t preside in the next NEC meeting of the PDP where the committee for the national convention will be set up. With regards to an injunction of the Rivers State high court which ordered Secondus to stop parading himself as the National Chairman of the PDP, he has handed over to the Deputy National Chairman of the PDP ( South) Mr. Akinwonmi who is now the new Acting National Chairman of the PDP according to a report from close sources.

You could recall that Secondus was duly elected at the 2017 national convention of the PDP and his 4  years tenure will expire by December 2021. But the question is whether Secondus has given up against all odds?
