The Congress of Maritime Media Practitioners yesterday had quality time out with one of the top doyeens of Nigerian Maritime industry, Dr Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam, the founder of National association of government approved freight forwarders (NAGAFF) in his office at 2A Maybin road, Apapa GRA, Lagos. It was a courtesy visit to officially intimate him of the new Association, CONMMEP. It was equally a visit of appreciation to Maritime demigod for his fatherly affection especially to all Maritime Journalists.

Dr Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam is a strong brand in the global Maritime industry; a classical, taciturn driver of visions, which propelled him to also found a nationally accepted political party, the New Nigerian People’s Party which is Fielding a competitive presidential candidate for 2023 election. He can be likened as the eagle which is a rare golden bird of which every generation is blessed with just a few.

In reaction to the executives of CONNMEP, the Pathfinder applauded their courage in putting their house in order and charged them to continue to discharge their duties diligently. He expressed displeasure over the indiscriminate backbiting and betrayal among media practitioners especially in the industry noting that opportunities for success in the industry are quite enormous. In conclusion, he made a firm promise to always support in whatever he can.

Another highpoint of the rendezvous is the deep spirited prayer which was led by the wife Dr Aniebonam who pleaded with God to grant CONNMEP success in their endeavours. The soft spoken mother equally asked for the enabling grace on them to diligently discharge their duties.
